Equities outlook: PSEi seen closing at 7,000 by end 2023

We have revised our outlook for the Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) to 7,000 by the end of 2023, owing to continuing challenges in the global markets. Still, according to Ricky Maddatu, Metrobank Trust Multi-Asset Investments Head, the PSEi remains undervalued and there’s an opportunity for bargain hunting.
