BEIJING, Nov 22 (Reuters) – China’s President Xi Jinping said at a summit on Monday that China and the 10-country Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) have cast off the gloom of the Cold War and jointly maintained regional stability, Chinese state media reported.
The China-ASEAN summit, which is being held to celebrate 30 years of dialogue, will help regional peace, stability, and development, he said, according to state media.
