Philippines raises $96 mln from 91-day T-bills, rejects bids for other bills

MANILA, March 28 (Reuters) – Following are the results of the Philippine Bureau of the Treasury’s (BTr) auction of T-bills on Monday:

* BTr fully awards offer of 5 billion pesos ($95.62 million) worth of 91-day T-bills against total tenders of 17.802 billion pesos

* Average yield for 91-day T-bill at 1.587% versus previous average of 1.536%

* BTr rejects all bids for 182-day, 364-day T-bills due to high yields offered by banks and light volume of tenders

($1 = 52.29 Philippine pesos)
