Market Movers: Metrobank holds exclusive market outlook briefing for clients
Clients who deal with contending views of the markets will get some clarity and sage advice in Metrobank’s first Market Movers seminar for the year.
A select few will be receiving their ang pao early as Metrobank holds its first Market Movers seminar titled “2024 Market Outlook: Position for the Next Cycle” just before the Chinese New Year.
On February 8, investment experts from Metrobank and its third-party research partner, CreditSights, a Fitch Solutions company, will be sharing their research, analyses, and insights to guide clients in their investment decisions in the months ahead.
“Our goal is to help our clients position their investment portfolios amid the trends and events affecting the global economy and the country’s growth,” said Ruben Zamora, Head of Metrobank’s Institutional Investors Coverage Division.
The topics to be discussed will include the anticipated rate cuts, outlook for emerging markets, China’s growth prospects, BSP’s rate path, investment-grade corporate credits, and the Philippines’ economic growth, among others.
“We hope to give our clients not only the overview they need about what’s happening in the markets, but the solutions that will optimize their portfolios,” said Zamora.
Around 150 clients have been invited in three separate sessions in a hotel in the metropolis. The speakers include Ruben Zamora; Marc Bautista, Metrobank Head of Research and Business Analytics; and Pramod Shenoi, President, CreditSights Singapore/Co-Head of Asia Pacific Research.
